We are delighted to share a new milestone: La Preséf has been awarded 93 points in the Falstaff Restaurant Guide Italia 2027.
Already well-established across several European countries, Falstaff has published its first restaurant guide dedicated to Italy, featuring a selection of restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias. Its 100-point rating system evaluates cuisine, service, beverages and ambience.
This recognition celebrates the passion, creativity and daily dedication of our entire team, as well as our culinary philosophy, deeply rooted in the traditions of Valtellina and the products of our own farm.
An achievement that fills us with pride and inspires us to continue our journey, sharing the identity and flavours of our land through our cuisine.
