Eating at the starred La Preséf restaurant is always a gastronomic experience of sheer taste, one which manages to incorporate all the senses leading guests on a journey of flavours, aromas and memories. Gourmet dishes prepared under the careful guidance of Chef Gianni Tarabini are the synthesis of sublime culinary mastery, a continuous search for quality in the territory, freshness and authenticity of raw materials, vital respect for nature and its cycles, and a profound knowledge and innovative interpretation of local cuisine.
All this takes shape in the form of two differing proposals dedicated to our restaurant guests, often varying throughout the year: The Seasons menu, a sophisticated 7 – course menu closely tied in with the time of year, and The Origins menu, a delicious selection of 4 recipes that best exemplify our philosophy.
